If you are interested in the Shift & Save program, please download the following forms. For questions, please contact Ruby Irigoyen at the Shift & Save Customer Service Center at 1-877-811-8700.
Use the Shift & Save Feasibility Form for all retrofit applications. New construction requires a Title 24 performance run.
If you are a customer with multiple site locations, please be sure to fill out a separate form for each location. Please rename each form's file name with the name of the location or an abbreviated version if you are sending each PDF back by E-mail.
For example: cyp_shiftsave_pge020608.pdf can become pge_cityctr.pdf. Here, City Center is the name of the project.

All potential Shift & Save customers need to fill out the Shift & Save Customer Application.
All potential Shift & Save customers need to complete or have their installing contractor complete the Shift & Save Commissioning Report.
